Can the name gifts be designed for any name?
Yes, we can design our name gifts for any name.
Can the name gifts have additional personalisation?
Yes, the name gifts can have additional personalisation such as the date/weight/time of birth and a special message.
Does it matter how long the name is?
The name can have as many letters as you want. We do recommend no more than 12 letters.
What is the size of the name gifts?
Our name gifts vary in size:
Standard framed name print - 520mm x 395mm
Animal Adventure initial letter framed name print - 305mm x 305mm
Animal Adventures large framed name print – 860mm x 380mm
Canvas name prints - 305mm x 305mm
Can the name gifts be supplied unframed?
Our name prints and animal adventure prints can be supplied as print only (come supplied in a postal tube).
What are the name canvases printed onto?
The name canvases are printed onto a high quality canvas material, then stretched onto a wooden frame.
How many canvas styles do you have?
We have over 12 colorful designs to choose from.
Are the name meaning and country of origin printed onto all name gifts?
The meaning and country of origin are inserted onto all name gifts. You can optionally leave this off if you wish.
How many frame types do you have?
Currently, we have one frame type for each of our products.
Are the name gifts boxed?
The name gifts are individually boxed.
Personalised Cards
How do I create my personalised greeting card?
Online card Previewer - this will allow you to choose the format, design and colour you want. You can then insert/edit your text, upload photographs, change them to black and white or sepia, save the card for later and share a free preview with your friends and family on facebook. Your will be able to see a preview of you completed card with this option.
Note you do not need to send images or text to us when you choose this option.
Standard cards (not created using the Online Previewer
Simply visit our personalised card section, choose your design, quantity and format, add your personalized text and add to shopping cart.
Note: You will receive a confirmation email when your order had been paid for. You should attach your photographs by reply to this email.
Do you offer card samples?
We do offer sample cards which we send out as a sample pack. Each sample pack contains several card designs and will let you see the finish, size and card weight that we use. We do not offer specific designs at this time.
Is there a minimum amount of cards that I can order?
The minimum card order is 20.
Is there a maximum amount of cards that I can order?
No, you can order as many as you need.
How long will it take to produce and deliver my order?
Online Preview - Express orders placed before 1pm are sent out the following day and delivered 1 day later (48 hours approx).
Online Preview standard orders - add 2 days.
Standard card orders (not created using the Online Preview) are produced in 3-4 days and delivered 7-10 days after approval.
Can I add my own photograph to my cards?
Yes, you can add your own photographs.
How do I send my photographs to you?
Photographs should be emailed by reply to your order confirmation email.
Can I preview my card online?
Yes you can use our Online Card Prewiewer to do this.
Alternatively you can choose to have your card produced by our team of designers. You will be sent a preview of your order for approval prior to printing.
Can you convert my images to black & white or sepia for me?
We can adjust your images to the above formats.
What size should my images be?
Images should be 150dpi and ideally should be no less than 2mb in size. Images should be supplied as jpg format.
Can you zoom in on my child's face?
We can zoom, crop and resize and adjust your images.
Can I make changes to my card before it is printed?
Yes, you can. You will be sent a pdf to preview prior to printing. This can be changed several times until you are happy with it.
How many personalized card designs do you have to choose from?
We have over 100 design and color options to choose from with more and more being added.
What operating browser systems do you support?
We support most of the popular browser applications. If you find that you are having problems placing an order we would recommend trying a different browser. If the problem persists contact a member of our support team
Shipping and Handling
What are your delivery options and prices?
We deliver via Royal mail and by courier.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the US and Canada. International shipments can be arranged at additional cost.
